INDUSTRY ACADEMIES
Designed in collaboration with employers and industry partners, PCPHL Industry Academies are advanced training tracks that combine on-the-job and classroom-training that aim to transition graduates to career-track employment. Ideal applicants are graduates of the PCPHL foundations program and external applicants who have 6 months to 1 year of prior industry experience, or who have equivalent workforce development, trade, or vocational training.
FOUNDATIONS
Foundations offers full-time work experience, professional development, supportive services, and career exploration with the goal of transitioning graduates into career-specific training or entry-level employment.
TRUST
An urban-farm-based healing initiative exclusively for justice-involved young adults and young adults vulnerable to gun violence. TRUST engages young Philadelphians in environmental stewardship and urban agriculture.
